Aha! A new year – THANK GOD! Yes, we’re unashamedly glad to see the back of 2008 for various reasons, and so its with some excitement that we move into 2009 with new shows for your keen ears.
So, for our first show we bring you the lost indie gods Crane, newness from Thunderheist, the Bomb Squad-esque Paris, insane (and insanely nice) dub from Ranking Dread and even the dubby drums of… Roy Budd. Y’know, he of Get Carter fame. In between all that you also get to hear chatter covering Tom’s 6 degrees of separation from Katy Perry (not to mention Trick’s rank indifference at this revelation), the full explanation of a Filbert, Trick’s potential to be gay and how Tom’s cat was once healed by jazz. What’s not to like eh?!
