metamatics

For our second show of ’09, we bring you the kind of aural smorgasbord that frankly should be outlawed for sheer variety alone. Taking in the early production work of Xela (in fine “Snoop Dogg-meets-Boards of Canada mode), we celebrate the Welsh indie music scene (and indeed all local scenes come to that), drop possibly the most insane ska/hip hop/mentalism ever (clue: one member is called “Beard of Meats”), consider the Headcoatees-meets-beats sound of the awesome “Taylor Meets The Headcoatees” and take in the air-tight percussion of the The Au-Pairs… and hey, that’s not even all the selections!

As ever the chat plays it fast and loose, making this another show you won’t want to miss. Get stuck in!
