Mr Trick & Wrongtom: Show #41 (June’09)
After a week off while Resonance took care of some technical repairs and improvements, we return with our Theme Special show (being the last show of the month). The theme this month? Cover versions. So, get ready as we take in anything from latin versions of the Sex Pistols through to warehouse classics performed by a colliery brass band. The bands covered? Let’s see, we have Alice Cooper, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Black Sabbath and Take That. Yes, Take That… but don’t worry, it isn’t on for long.
Oh, and next week we will have a guest with us in the studio: Tom’s old mate Greg Belson, fresh off the plane from LA armed with “a few dirties” (as Tom put it -- which means something else entirely to me) for our ears. Don’t miss!!

Featured Video for this week is a clip of the Fairey Brass Band live, playing KLF’s mighty “What Time Is Love?” at the Innocent Village Fete 2008 -- proof that not only was the project a success, but that the band have made a living out of it ever since crossing over into the mainstream in the process. Good on em says I!
