Fifty!1

It’s a special day for us at Trick & Tom HQ as we’ve reached our half centenary – our 50th show hits the airwaves tonight and we decided to mark this special occasion with a live studio audience.

It’ll be party hats all round as we celebrate with a pre 1959 theme to the music selection, we were considering selecting some of our favourites from the last 49 shows but then figured we’d be robbing the podcasters amongst you so instead we’ve been dusting off the doo wop, having it to hard bop and applying our usual style of musical paths less traveled to an era which we’ve largely overlooked ourselves.

The fruit punch will be flowing, parcels will be passed, and this may be the first time anyone’s played musical chairs to Sun Ra, tune in at 10pm.
