That’s right Mr Trick will be boarding the Eurostar to consort with Nazi sailor ducks and masonic mice (come on – he didn’t go raving in those white gloves) leaving me, a hardened technophobe to fend for myself in a sea of faders and condenser mics. Fortunately I wont be left to my own devices because I got on the blower as soon as I heard the devastating news and asked my old friend Ed Zed if he could fill Trick’s shoes for the evening.

Our regular listeners may be familiar with the name as some of my selections have come from nights I’ve spent huddled round Ed’s record player, in fact an evening round Mr Zed’s flat normally sounds much like one of our shows so we shouldn’t stray too far from the usual Trick & Tom format, all be it with a bit of extra “crap punk” which I stress is not the same as “shit punk.”

I could go into more detail but all you really need to know is there’s gonna be a load more material you probably wont have heard and you get to marvel at Ed’s sultry tones, also you can read a bit more about him here
