Mr Trick & Wrongtom: Show #15 (November ‘08)
Good lord – 3 shows in a month?! You better believe it. (Not at all influenced by Trick being currently “between jobs” and therefore having far more time on his hands.)
Up on this week’s show: funk, sea shanties, Bay Area punk, dancehall drum n’ bass, Sonny and Cher and much much more. As ever, conversation remains at a premium, with such hot topics for discussion including “How Primal Scream Trashed My Car” from Tom, the pastiness of producer Toddla T (see pic above), the death of punk, Trick’s dubious claim to being co-creator of The Worst Christmas Song Of All Time and more. So, more of the same inane blend as ever then…

Crivvens! Its a new site… but let’s keep it quiet eh?
Could it be? Could it really be?!? Errr… yes. And, not content with doing shows and stuff, we’ll also be doing some reviews of the tracks that come our way (though god knows the quality better improve if we’re ever going to post a positive one), as well as sharing videos, pics and god only knows what else. Watch this space.
Mr Trick & Wrongtom: Show #14 (November ‘08)
… aka “Tom, I’m Only Dancing” (with all necessary apologies to David Bowie fans there).
Yup, this is the show where Trick throws down the dancefloor action and unleashes some SERIOUS booty-shakin’ big dumb fun, which seems to make Tom rather jealous.
So what else is aired beyond mad 4/4 b-more buff hype? Hows about promising jazz styles from Tempa, described by Tom as “Saturday Night-era Tom Waits hanging out with Pharoah Sanders” (!!!), 80s dancefloor remix styles courtesy of Lesser Panda, insane original synth-punk from Los Microwaves and the truly beautiful Talk Talk with their much slept-on classic “I Believe In You”…
Once again, we go all over the place hoping to catch your ear with sonic treats. And you know what, we just might… go take a listen!

Also: keep em peeled for an all-singing-and-dancing Trick and Wrongtom website coming soon, featuring all our shows, reviews, video and no doubt large quantities of inane spewings as only we know how.
Mr Trick & Wrongtom: Show #13 (November ‘08)
As we tumble towards the year’s end we thought it was high time you got your next fix of Trick and Wrongtom – especially after we promised to do shows with more frequency from now on.
Coming up on this show: two exclusive – EXCLUSIVE!! – tracks from Mr Chop’s forthcoming Lightworlds LP (er, or EP… we’re not actually sure at the mo), the track from Purple Rain nobody released before now, Clint Eastwood (the MC, not the actor/director), Trick’s favourite late-90s dancefloor smasher (aka “Killa” by Smith & Mighty), Stone’s Throw’s soul hope Mayer Hawthorne and – in a rare bout of continuity and forethought – The Blue Aeroplanes…
How nice? VERY nice. Go get some!
